The story
On 21 March 2020, Mr. Malayali was a Facebook page and nothing else. Asif Ali Hussain started it to tell stories in English and Malayalam — no business plan, no clients, just something to do with his time.
The page clicked. Posts needed design, design brought requests, and requests turned into a craft: first graphic design, then UI/UX and brand design, then the marketing that actually puts a brand in front of people. When clients began asking for the product itself — a website, an app — he learned to build those too.
What started as one person passing time is now a studio with a full team, serving over 500 clients across 18 countries. The same instinct runs through all of it: every brand is a story, and somebody has to tell it properly.
How it happened
From a Facebook page to a studio.
“A logo is the shortest story your brand will ever tell. Everything else we build is the rest of that story.”
